Beth was Ontario's top Massage Therapy graduate in 2019 and also has a diploma in Occupational Therapy/Physiotherapy Assistant.

Beth has special interest in Deep Tissue Massage, Sport Massage, Relaxation Massage, Passive/Active Release Techniques, Trigger Point Therapy, Joint Play, Fascial Release, Remedial Exercises and Lymph Drainage.

About the Practioner

Beth graduated with Honours from Medix College. She is a Registered Massage Therapist in good standing with the CMTO. Her involvement in the health care sector is lengthy and vast as she also graduated with Honours as an Occupational Therapy/Physiotherapy Assistant from Humber College in 2013. She believes in incorporating different techniques such as hydrotherapy and stretching on top of hands on treatment to give each patient the best treatment possible. She is specialized in Sport Injuries, Deep Tissue Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, Lymph Drainage and Passive Stretching.

Beth is very happy to be part of the Downtown Brampton Wellness Team and looks forward to treating you.
