Caring For Mom
Mom's are welcome at our clinic! We have special interest in Prenatal and Postnatal Massage and have been honoured to care for numerous women during this amazing time in their lives.
We use Traditional Swedish Massage to help women through pregnancy as well as into post pregnancy when a new Mom's body is in recovery. Mom can also benefit from ongoing care as baby gets heavier and the demands on Mom continue.
ABOUT PRENATAL MASSAGE
A Happy Pregnancy
The most significant benefit from Prenatal Massage is better sleep. As your pregnancy progresses, your body experiences dramatic changes as your baby develops.
Pain in various parts of the body can develop as your hormones create laxity in your muscles and connective tissues. Finding a comfortable sleeping position can become a challenge and can become increasingly difficult as the baby gets bigger. Good sleep will help you through this process and prepare your for the demands of a newborn.
